Ensures compliance to control procedures of all crew and monitor daily food cost
·Monitor and control left over and bad order items.
·Inventory monitoring and accounting inside the production area.
·Actual food cost per meal served.
a.Assesses crew competency, assist RM in the preparation of PMS of galley crew and recommend needed training of individual member
Conducts coaching and counseling to all subordinates as needed
Ensures safety and welfare of crew
Implements and monitors compliance to Table of Discipline of all subordinates
Prepares and submit required report of Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager and other reports needed in monitoring and analysis of the actual performance of galley

Requirements:

The detailed responsibilities of the successful candidates include:

Doing planning, leading, organizing and controlling activities, managing the day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving activities of his group to meet the required service level components, standards and sales targets

Developing his group to ensure the delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents

Acting as the communication conduit between frontliners and management

Offering creative but cost effective and efficient solutions for both regular and extraordinary work situations

Managing, motivating and developing his group to ensure the achievement of agreed goals and targets which are part of their role profiles and set in performance review meetings

Promoting and supporting a continuous improvement programme for his group and its respective areas of responsibility

Increasing group and individual efficiency and meeting the set performance criteria for his group

**Four will be assigned to the Production Department and they will have the following responsibilities on a daily basis:

Assisting the line leaders in managing their respective groups and coaching them and regularly giving them guidance in what they do

**Two will be assigned in the Chemical Section and among their daily responsibilities include:

Provide chemical preparation schedule prior to production

Check chemical properties to maintain good quality of the solution

Implement working instructions, procedures and suggests improvement

Monitor the supplies, chemicals, solution stocks and chemical waste

Maintain good housekeeping and practice safety in the workplace

Provide competitive examination and evaluation for each team member

Assist and give guidance to the Team Leaders in leading their Teams

Perform other duties or additional tasks given by immediate superior

Do analysis of solution preparation procedures, recipe mixes and stability of solutions

Verify of standards for solution agitation as well as all other standards used in analyzing chemical mixes

**Two will be assigned in the Maintenance section and their daily responsibilities will include:

Provide weekly, monthly and regular maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules

Supervise distribution of responsibilities among team members doing building work, repairs and preventive maintenance on machineries and equipment, operation and monitoring of equipment and machineries

Implement working instructions, procedures and suggests improvement
Monitor inventory of supplies, chemicals, spare parts, tools and equipment in the warehouses

Maintain good housekeeping and practice safety in the workplace

Assist and give guidance to the Team Leaders in leading their Teams

Checks on quality of work done by team members

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): People management, technical expertise, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Required language(s): Filipino, English
Preferred language(s): Korean.

At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
