Responsibilities:
* Oversees the daily operations of the call center and its various components, ensuring compliance with set goals.
* Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation.
* Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations.
* Develop and direct the management of Customer Call Center to ensure customer satisfaction, improved call efficiency, low abandonment, and improved employee product knowledge and training.
* You will help to establish, grow and nurture the culture of the Manila office.
* Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenue.
* Monitor employee’s performance and service to customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent Leadership Skills
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skills: Great Leadership, English Comm Skills.
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
