Technical Support Representatives

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a technical support representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products such as computer hardware and Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections. * The Corporate Planning Analyst is responsible for timely data gathering and analysis of operational metrics encompassing all Emerson Manila Shared Service (“EMSS”) key operations.
