Assistant Customer Service Manager
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible to assist our Customer Service Manager in directing the Customer Service group based on their duties and responsibilities and recommend ways in improving the work productivity.
She will also tasked to create new ideas/inputs and strategies to fully enhance our Customer Service values, morale and procedures.
Must be adept in organizing and conducting trainings particularly in Customer Service areas.
Requirements:
Female, not over 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office particularly Powerpoint presentation, flexible in learning software programs.
At least 2 years of working experience is required and an advantage once gained from the Service provider industry (Hotels, Food Industry, Department Stores and the like).
Excellent knowledge in customer relations management and well-experienced in modern office procedures/methods including telephone communications and office records & systems.
Must have an exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City and should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisory / Assistant Managerial level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
