Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular field visit to scout for viable outlet locations with assigned territory
* Ensure compliance to all internal and regulatory aaprovals including site recommendations, lease contracts, contractors agreement, government permit requirements leading to succesful opening of each store location
* Hiring and training of competent outlet crew/staff for timely opening of new stores
* Safeguarding of all operational standards in store operations
* Achieve sales and profotability targets per store

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Preferably worked for Fast food restuarants
* With Sales and Customer Service background
* With strong planning and organizing skills
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Field Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To operate and maintain Huawei CDMA etc…
Within the assigned unit, according to the policies and guidelines of the Company.
To do installation and commissioning of Huawei CDMA.
On site and remote trouble shooting, provide technical support.
REQUIREMENTS:

All applicant must be a resident of Cebu City
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/ Civil Engineer) preferably with license.
At least with 3 to 4 years in the telecom industry, with operator or in vendor
CDMA experience in network operation of operator or CDMA project working in vendor
Required skill(s):
Computer literate, has good trouble shooting skills.
Knowledgeable in CAD Design is an advantage
Huawei equipment experience is an advantage.
Can work with minimum supervision.
Hardworking and willing to work during holidays.

Safety Engineer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
To implement company policies on safety.
To orient every personnel in the jobsite regarding safety prior to deployment.
To conduct routine safety inspection on equipment, workplaces, hazardous material, etc.
To conduct investigation of accidents and submit findings to the site committee.
To serve as secretary to the site health and safety committee as such, he shall:
-Prepare minutes of the meeting
-Report status of recommendation
-Notify members of meeting
-Submit to management health and safety committee report of the activities of the committee including recommendation made.
-Maintain efficient accident records for all accidents and shall submit the same to the site health and safety committee.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
