Responsibilities:

* Implement the support model as per the developed matrix.

* Manage and schedule the MR truck request as per the business need.

* Collaborate with the Senior MR technician to achieve 100% hit rate.

* Handle all incoming MR customer calls and ensure case closure.

* Ensure tidiness and no accumulation of either repaired cases or waiting-for-vendors pick-ups.

* Manage the service items issuance and pick up and ensure complete control.

* Maintain outstanding relations with suppliers/vendors service centers to timely resolve all

* Issue the pending cases report from the log sheet, and follow up on their timely closure.
