SERVICES PLANNER (DISPATCHER)
(SAUDI ARABIA - AL-KHOBAR)
Responsibilities:
* Implement the support model as per the developed matrix.
* Manage and schedule the MR truck request as per the business need.
* Collaborate with the Senior MR technician to achieve 100% hit rate.
* Handle all incoming MR customer calls and ensure case closure.
* Ensure tidiness and no accumulation of either repaired cases or waiting-for-vendors pick-ups.
* Manage the service items issuance and pick up and ensure complete control.
* Maintain outstanding relations with suppliers/vendors service centers to timely resolve all
* customers pending issues.
* Issue the pending cases report from the log sheet, and follow up on their timely closure.
* Follow up with all Suppliers for pick up and delivery of repaired items as per the SLA.
* Contact customers to ensure the repaired items pick up.
* Ensure the accurate recording of maintenance cases by customer services.
* Ensure the closure of all due ESP cases on time.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material &
* Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Service Planner (Dispatcher) or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* 25 - 35 years old.
