Field Collector
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

Responsible in conducting field collection, repossession to effect the reduction of the assigned past due poertfolio of consumer loans (i.e. auto, real estate, personal, credit card) or HRG loans, or to determine the whereabouts of the clients/mortgaged units for further collection, filing of appropiate legal action and provides paralegal work concerning consumer loans.

Requirements:

Possesses communication and negotation skills
Must have high interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, resourceful, focused
Knowledge in utilizing/driving motorcycles
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Full-Time positions available.

Payroll Analyst
(National Capital Reg - Mandaluyong City)

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely preparation of Employees’ Payroll (bi-monthly);
Address, investigate, and resolve payroll concerns;
Timely preparation and release of Employees’ payslips;
Timely enrollment and processing of ATMs for all new employees;
Preparation of Resigned Employees’ Final Pay

Qualifications:

College Graduate (Psychology, Social Science or Accounting background)
at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in the same or related field, preferrably in the call center/BPO background
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Analyst to Specialist level
Has eye for detail; patient and customer service oriented
Driven and determined, thrustworthy and able ti handle confidential information
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
