Job Description:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for the research, analysis and recommendation for the leasing of properties in the VisMin region.

Qualifications:

* BS Marketing, Economics, Banking and Finance or Business Management graduate with at least 2 years experience in Land Real Property Appraisal,
* Trade Area Analysis and Site Assessment Negotiation;
* Has been exposed to Property Management;
* With above average numerical skill, has knowledge in the preparation of feasibility study and;
* With very good interpersonal skills.
