RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Initiates daily reviews to dialer and IVR campaigns to check on the compliance of each set up based on the approved dialer parameters by the Customer Contact Management Group on NCO policies, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other State Law restrictions or as may be required by various company clients from time to time.
* Conducts campaign performance evaluation report and provide feedback to site contact persons regarding Wait Time, Idle Time, Dropped Calls, Direct
* Calls and the over-all Campaign Evaluation Score.
* Performs day-to-day dialer operations, including, but not limited to building of campaigns, scanning of input files, uploading of files, maintaining campaigns, monitoring and generation of post-mortem reports.
* Monitors real time performance of each campaign run in CRS and IVR and provides timely feedback and resolution to dialer concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Preferably a graduate from reputable universities in the Philippines and a degree holder of any business related courses.
* Background in the collections/ call center industry - local or foreign — is an edge.

* Functional /Technical
* Proficient in MS Office Applications - especially in MS Excel and MS Access programs.
* Knowledge in various collection systems, predictive dialers and Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) is an advantage.
* Knowledgeable with the Management Information System (MIS) methods.
