Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or any related course
Minimum 2 years work related experience
Experience doing daily ticket reports, refund computations and procedures for Ticket accounting a plus factor
Computer literate - knowledge in Amadeus/Galileo/Abacus is preferred
Excellent customer service and follow -through skills
Good team player
Works with high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines
Highly motivated and works with limited supervision
Professional appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
