RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Receives customer calls
* Continuously provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
* Responsible for relationship building and account management while resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner.
* Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
* Is responsible for meeting targets/goals and maintaining quality and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be at least high school diploma holder and of legal working age (18 years old and above).
* Must be proficient in the English language/ language required by the process.
* Open to working shifting schedules.
* Must be willing to work in Quezon City
* Must be flexible, good in negotiating, and thrives in a team environment
* Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required.
* Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialized applications
* High-school graduate, College Undergraduates, Fresh graduates and Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
